Soukhya was established to give patients with chronic allergies and treatment-resistant conditions a place where they would be heard, examined carefully, and treated with methods that work on the cause.
Dr. Sunil M. Thomas graduated from the Government Homoeopathic Medical College in Thiruvananthapuram in 1992. He completed his MD in homeopathyfrom the University of Mumbai, and his interest in the role of emotional and lifestyle factors in chronic disease later led him to pursue a Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.
His clinical work with patients carrying severe allergies, particularly children with food and environmental allergies, drew him to NAET, the Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique. He completed his Advanced Diploma in NAET in California in the early years of the technique's spread internationally, and brought it back to a practice that had, until then, been built primarily on classical homeopathy.
Dr. Thomas now has 34 years of clinical practice in homeopathy and allergy. He has treated thousands of patients across Kerala and internationally, with referrals coming through families, general practitioners, and former patients.
Most of our patients have already tried other treatments. They come to Soukhya Allergy Center in Patanamthitta District for a different approach.

Your first consultation is never rushed. We take the time to understand your health concerns, complete medical & family history, ongoing or recurring allergies, and any persistent symptoms.
Homeopathy, NAET and Councelling are used together where the case calls for it. The plan is unified, not parallel. One physician, one treatment path.
A diagnosis is a useful name for a pattern. It is not a solution for the problem. Two patients with the same diagnosis often have very different causes, and they need different treatment. We ask why, not just what.
The job of physician, in our view, is to remove the obstacles to healing, and enhance body's defence mechanism and not to replace body's own intelligence. Homeopathy, NAET and counselling work by enhancing bodies immune system, not by overriding it.
Acute conditions often improve quickly. Chronic conditions, especially ones that have been suppressed for years, take time. We will tell you what we expect, and we will not promise what we cannot deliver.
The first consultation matters most, but every follow-up is an opportunity to refine the plan. The relationship between patient and physician is itself part of the treatment.
